SALT LAKE COUNTY

Salt Lake Valley Health Department sponsors household hazardous waste community collection events each year. This year law enforcement officers will be present only at the Salt Lake City collection events to accept unused medications. This service is provided only to Salt Lake Valley residents and is free. If you have questions, please contact Dorothy Adams at (801) 313-6745.

The events are held as follows:

The FIRST Thursday of each month June - August:

Draper - Galena Park
12452 S Galena Park Blve (550 W)

The SECOND Thursday of each month June - September:

Sandy Public Works
8775 South 700 West
7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

The THIRD Thursday of each month April - September:

Holladay City
4626 S 2300 E
7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

The FOURTH Thursday of each month June - August:

Salt Lake City (Prescription Drugs only accepted here)
Sugarhouse Park Big Field Pavillion
1300 East - 1700 East 2100 South
7:00 a.m.—10:00 a.m.

SUMMIT COUNTY

PARK CITY

Recycle Utah, Park City sponsors two household hazardous waste community collection events each year where residents can drop off unused medications.

TOOELE COUNTY
