SALT LAKE COUNTY
Salt Lake Valley Health Department sponsors household hazardous waste community collection events each year. This year law enforcement officers will be present only at the Salt Lake City collection events to accept unused medications. This service is provided only to Salt Lake Valley residents and is free. The events are held as follows:
The FIRST Thursday of each month June - August:
Draper - Galena Park

The SECOND Thursday of each month June - September:

The THIRD Thursday of each month April - September:
Holladay City

The FOURTH Thursday of each month June - August:
Salt Lake City (Prescription Drugs only accepted here)

Recycle Utah, Park City sponsors two household hazardous waste community collection events each year where residents can drop off unused medications.
